OER Definition
Open Educational Resources (OER) are teaching and learning materials that are freely available for anyone to use, adapt, and share. The resources here are released in public domain, and you can remixing, revise, and redistribute them for any end, including commercial. System prompts are messages submitted to an LLM as an initial statement to illicit a specific type of behavior to avoid hallucination drift. They can be integrated seamlessly with OpenAI's CustomGPT feature.
