Step 1 - setup email Log in to the Odin server. Edit your sample.forward file. List the email accounts you want to communicate with. Save it as .forward Here is a sample...

Step 2 - setup directories Log in to Odin. Go to your home directory. Run the following script... /home/fac/gordon/p/3350/build_dirs.sh
Step 3 - submit a text file Change to your 3350/summer/ directory. Create a text file named: summer1.txt Put your name at the top. Answer the following questions... 1. What is the URL of your personal Github account? If you do not have a Github account, then go create one please. Setup a public account. Read about the benefits of a student account. Then, tell me the URL of your account. 2. Is git a centralized or distributed version control system? 3. Who is the author of git? 4. How many bits in a byte? 5. What is the first phase of the Waterfall software lifecycle model?
