Lab 8 - Tool for Mining and Classification

Due: Monday by 3:30pm

In this lab, we will experiment with an open-source tool for mining and classification algorithms called Orange.

You should be able to use the source package to build this on the Python virtual machine from Lab 4. You can also put it on your laptop or a virtual machine of your own creation.

Follow the installation instructions on Orange's download and installation page for your chosen target environment.

What to Submit for this Lab

Repeat Lab 7, but this time using Orange for classification and visualization of the datasets. Upload your code file and visualization image file (you can use a copy/paste of your Python terminal for your code file) to Moodle.
